The Unique Seafood Restaurant
Concept is a full service restaurant specializing in live seafood selections and localized Cantonese cuisine with Dim Sum specialties.

The Dining Area is approximately 15,000sft to 20,000sft and has a vibrant, cheerful and relaxed atmosphere with efficient service staff carrying out their duties professionally in the background. The colour scheme is of blue, yellow background with splashes of Spanish red colour spotting around the restaurant. The main attraction is the Aquarium area, strategically located facing the main entrance of the restaurant and features a spectrum of tanks filled with live fishes, prawns, lobsters, Alaskan crabs, clams and abalones etc imported from all over the world. Guests can make their selection of the live fishes and seafood from here to be prepared to their liking by the Master Chefs. Private rooms with KTV facilities are available for the comfort of guests hosting private business and leisure gatherings.

The menu is predominately PORK-FREE localized Cantonese cuisine serving from Appetizers, Soups, Main courses (Live seafood selection, a wide selection of chicken, lamb and beef dishes (pork and lard free), fresh vegetables, Fried Rice and Noodles selections, Dim Sum and desserts. Its signature items are the LIVE SEAFOOD with added variety of meat selections and vegetables accompaniment.

The emphasis is freshness and flavour.

The Elite Seafood Restaurant
Previously known as Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant (PJ), The Elite Seafood Restaurant – after an extensive round of refurbishment and rebranding – is now open to diners in the Klang Valley.

Despite its name change, the restaurant maintains the same unique characteristics that have long made Ah Yat an all-time favourite among seafood enthusiasts. Owned by Unique Seafood Group of Restaurants, diners can rest assure that there is always a fresh and abundant supply of seafood at the restaurant. Besides the more common choices of live seafood, diners can also choose from rarer ones such as French turbots, Australian snow crabs, Alaskan spider crabs and Canadian geoduck clams.

Staying true to its concept 'Flavours of The Elite', the full-service restaurant offers only the freshest seafood – right from the sea. Diners at The Elite Seafood Restaurant will also have all their needs taken care of, thanks to the restaurant's excellent team of chefs hailing from as far as China, Hong Kong and Singapore. concept is a full service dining concept with guests' profile similar to that of the Unique Seafood Restaurant Concept.

This concept has added features of large banqueting facilities catering up to 60 tables for weddings, celebration functions like birthdays, anniversaries, full moon celebrations etc.

The main attraction here again is the Aquarium Area featuring a variety of live fishes and seafood for guests' indulgence.It features PORK-FREE localized Cantonese styled cuisine.

The Pantai Seafood Restaurant
concept is full service casual dining restaurant with guests profile comprising mainly of families, group gatherings and office workers, many of who are regulars. In an ambience that is bright and lively with colour scheme of blue, yellow and red with bright lightings, the restaurant has a casual and cosy atmosphere with many timber work features and attap roofing to create the relaxed 'kampung' feel. Service staffs are efficient and friendly and know regular guests by their names. Pantai Seafood restaurants are at least 20,000sft and have a seating capacity of 300pax to 350pax. Private rooms with KTV facilities are also available. The Aquarium Area is again the main feature in the Dining area, featuring a spectrum of live fishes and seafood for guests to select from.

It features substantially localized Chinese cuisine that includes live fishes and seafood selections, main courses home-cooked styled, Noodles, Fried Rice, vegetables with an emphasis on home styled cooking. Portions are wholesome and big.
